I had facial and haircut and both were ok. I have high standards and this venue have met them. However the beautician Lucy who works there on Wednesdays and Saturdaysis really good, shame she didn't work on the day I booked.
Staff was very helpful and kind, however my hair treatment which was about colouring did not in the way I wanted
If you are having your colour done pick Erica or Monica they are the best. I trust only them as they are very good and will listen to you.
I had my hair coloured by Serguei. He was very nice, friendly and coloured my hair into beautiful brown.
I will definitely visit again to have my hair cut for the next time!
Very thorough and efficient Brazilian done by an experienced therapist! Used both hot wax and strip wax to do the best and most painless job. Will definitely return here.
