Excellent experience - Annabel was really friendly and made the whole experience totally relaxing and fun. Love the finish of my shellac mani/pedi. The other salon employees were welcoming and the atmosphere was inviting. I'll definitely be back.

I am extremely disappointed with the pedicure I have just had. I barely had any of the dead skin removed from my feet - I paid for a 1 hour pedicure and was in and out within half an hour despite me pushing for her to spend more time!! Really bad value for money, I have had much better elsewhere.
I had a deep cleansing facial. The beautician was a young and cheerful lady who knew exactly what she needs to do. She explained everything and even gave me advice about products i should use for my skin ( nothing in a " you need to buy something from us" way, in a giving advice way ). Facials are usually painful and annoying buy i really enjoyed my facial at this salon. I would definitely recommend it !
