Good value for money in Notting Hill. It was quick and painless. Quality of waxing was not the best, but ok.
Ok- got to lay this one out the way it is. I was 10 minutes early so they wanted to wash my hair right away: fortunately they acknowledged my request to speak first to my hairdresser. I told him I didn't want a cut -- only a trim as I was trying to grow my hair long and I liked the way Nicholas previously cut my chin length hair with some tapering. Argh! He cut about an inch off my already short hair- and the style I had is now completely lost. He was nice and said my hair was damaged and offered some samples to help repair, but I'm still dealing with a blunt cut length I started with in January. 5 months ago!

Booked a very last minute appointment with Monica who was very pleasant, and who did a great job. The salon doesn't, in my opinion, look great but the quality of the haircut was great.
After an original glitch with the colour sincere thanks to Tarek, Sergio and the team for getting it as I wanted and finishing off with a nice cut and blow dry. Truly professional customer service
