The haircut was brilliant but I found the staff on the floor to be rather unprofessional. The staff could not seem to decide who was responsible for attending to customers at the front desk or the shampoo station. It all seemed rather confusing, which was disappointing as I had booked in ahead of time. I was ultimately pleased with the haircut and styling and would recommend the stylist to a friend.
