It is a lovely salon, if quite quiet at the weekend. The staff were friendly and offered me a drink. I'm pleased with the standard of the cut, and would recommend to a friend.
Overall a good experience - the Sienna X tan looked great (although didn't last for very long - despite following pre and post advice) and the staff were friendly and attentive. In particular, the lady who I spoke with on the phone prior the the treatment was so so helpful in giving advice for preparation, and generally gave great customer service!
Really nice staff, listen and advised well on the haircut I wanted. Overall a really nice experience and my hair felt fabulous on the day and after.
The lady that did the waxing was incredible friendly and professional. She was really quick and the whole session took 20mins.
