I made a last minute appointment and was soooooo impressed with my colour, cut and blow dry, I've told all my friends to go back and ask for Nikolas!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Bladerunners in Notting Hill. Nic was friendly, knowledgeable & did a brilliant job. Will be back to book him soon.

Not overly impressed - had to wait 15 mins passed start time to get my treatment therapist wore dirty uniform (end of day and clearly had been used for other services etc), massage bed very hard, no protection for face on bed, treatment was not the best - no focus on the areas I asked for - cold room and loud music

Great! Got a very nice shampoo, cut and blow dry. Attentive and friendly staff. Would I recommend to my friends? Yes.

I enjoyed the massage but it could have been a little 'deeper' - a bit harder, although I think this is a matter of preference.
