Very welcoming staff and very high standard of service. The person who did my wax was running a bit late but she made up for it with doing a great job!
Fringe was a little thicker and shorter than I wanted but I think that could be rectified by me being a bit clearer on what I want in future. All in all I was generally happy and would go back for a quick hair cut esp as it's so close to work.

Was a really good blow dry and really nice staff .. I have been back .. Would not have known about hair saloon if wasn't for Wahanda
I had been looking forward to an Indian Head Massage that I had booked for my day off from work.
After some initial confusion and talking amongst the staff, I was notified that the therapist hadn't turned up and that they could offer me a cut and blow dry or re-arrange the massage. I am currently growing my hair and so didn't take up the offer. The receptionist who spoke to me didn't seem overly apologetic and I asked for a refund. I was told to apply for the refund through Wahanda.
All in all, a waste of a morning.

Booked in for a beauty treatment but booking was cancelled. I called the salon to find out alternatives but the person who answered the phone was not professionalism. I would suggest that you call the salon before making a booking as this has happened to me twice now.
