Walked in, was seen to immediately, no hanging around. Care taken on the wash and then blow dry was efficient and good. Was offered tea/coffee which was nice too. Not the most 'glamorous' salon but that doesn't bother me.

first treatment that i had. my skin is looking nice and is fine, improvements obviously after several treatments. i will update as I go. the therapist Cecilia is very knowledgeable and professional and explained the treatment with each step, I am confident that my skin will improve. thank you
