It didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She had to wax the same areas several times and picked off the hot wax which really hurt rather than waiting for it to dry. The wax was also much too hot.

Fantastic facial with Cecilia. I keep coming back, she always does a wonderful job and takes great care to tailor to my skin needs. The staff that work upstairs are not very friendly, put me off trying them for hair.

Lovely waxer, however, she seemed a little inexperienced with Hollywood waxing and thus didn't get everything off.
