Could have done without the comb being scratched down my face and scraped down my scalp for 20 minutes. But all in all good a decent haircut, but not so pleasant a journey to get there.

Despite requesting one stylist I was given another. This gentleman did excellent colour (blonde full head highlights) but absolutely hacked up the cut. He convinced me to do a haircut as an add-on. I said yes, but my god, I wish I hadn’t. A large chunk was cut into my hair - I’m talking no-feathering step-like chunk. He covered up with a bouncy blow dry. Upon discovering just how badly my hair had been mutilated, I went back the following day and asked for it to be fixed. The other stylist admitted that his colleague shouldn’t have done this to my hair, and to his credit, he did his best to fix it. But alas, he said it couldn’t be totally fixed without shortening my hair to even out the chunk. So I just had to wear it up for a few weeks.
Also to their credit, they offered to credit me the amount back for the cut which was nice.
To summarise: go for colour but don’t go for a cut, and make extra sure you get the stylist you requested.
