Staff were nice however what i paid for, regardless of whether i had a voucher really did not reflect this in the service and the end result. The booking said 1 hour however the 'Director' only spent approx 35-40 mins on my hair, about 10 mins shampoo and wash, 25 mins actually cutting my hair (the majority of the time i was standing up!!!) and then about 5 mins blowdrying my hair.
I went to this salon a couple of years ago and the treatment that my hair got was totally different to what I received in my most recent visit. The last hair dresser really spent time on cutting layers in my hair that it felt like he was creating art. But this time the hairdresser, who was meant to be the Director cut my hair in the most bog standard way that I could have just walked into any £25 a haircut salon anywhere!!!! There was nothing special about this visit whatsoever. And the end result was not even what I originally showed the hairdresser, his blowdry (which was the only good thing) disguised the car crash he did on my hair. He knew my hair was wavy/curly but yet the layers he cut didn't even compliment my face or my natural hair texture, which was what i stated in the beginning and asked him to be aware of!! Now I have had to cut a few strands to make my layers look better. The layers at the front are longer than the layers at the back?!?!? I am very disappointed with the service and end result, plus the fact that i was made to stand whilst he was cutting my hair, getting a haircut should be relaxing and i definitely did not feel this. I feel because my haircut was probably the last haircut of the day, the Director was rushing and wanted to tidy up asap as the cashier was cashing up the till at about 18:10.
