The colour I liked and they were very attentive. The blow dry was not good - quite frizzy / bouffant / old fashioned.
The salon was nice, clean and welcoming but the beauty rooms were not the same as upstairs. The Beauty therapist did not seem to have much experience of the eyebrow/eyelash tinting nor customer service. The finished result was a different colour than I asked for and there was no shaping at all. Also the eyelash tint didn't take and I was told it was my fault as I must have opened my eyes. A cold and clincial experience.
Excellent treatment, therapist was knowledgeable and fully versed in the treatment. Downsize was the room wasn't clean especially the floor tilings and it was cold.
