Everything was ok, I was happy with the results. However the lady that did my hair left me hanging to take care of another customer that was a friend of hers. As a result, it took at least 30 more mins than it should.

Very rushed and more painful than usual. The beauty therapist did not wear gloves, the waxing equipment was dirty and the towel on the bed was very stained and clearly hadn't been washed in a while (they did put paper towel on top however). The end result of the wax itself was fine, but overall not a pleasant experience.
