The service and technician was great (though a little painful), but the setting was a little subpar (ambience was off and treatment room not very nice). Other than that it was a great service and incredible value.

Good value for money, however was VERY painful - normally I don't find waxing painful at all. I have been to Bladerunners before and had a different beautician which was a better experience and not painful, but this visit was a lot less enjoyable.
