Really lovely. Amazing cut and the blow dry was the best I've ever had. Quick, no waiting around. Very friendly but I didn't want to chat and they respected that. The most thorough hair wash I've had in my life.

Overal very unpleasant experience . What should have been relaxing facial, turned out to be a very stressful one. She was 15 min late, which cut my facial to 45 min (for which I was glad later one) instead to 1hr as advertised ,she was very rough and in the rush, had long nails which is unheard off and unhygienic for the beautician , so I had to stop her couple of times as she was scratching my face with her nails . Very messy, my clothes were covered in the face mask.Used face flannels instead of cotton ball to wipe the mask off.
As she was using her nails to do the extraction,my face is still covered in red blotches two days later. I deeply regret going there for a facial,waste of money.
My blow dry was lovely and I loved it once I had slept on it and slightly re touched it myself. The guy was lovely but the style he gave me just didn't suit my face or my age. Wouldn't return for a blow dry
