This was my first session of laser hair removal. Alison explained everything very well and was approachable and professional. She was careful to make sure I remained comfortable throughout the procedure, which was entirely painless.

I have recently had both an express facial and a laser hair removal (soprano ICE) with Allison. She's professional, warm, friendly, and very well informed about both the treatment she is offering and the science behind it. I really enjoyed(!) the session- totally pain free, and Allison is efficient. The spa itself is located in the basement of Toni and Guy but it's clean and cozy, if a bit of a windowless cave. The treatment room is relaxing and everything is spotless. Highly recommended.
