Alison is an absolutely great professional. She made me feel so comfortable and welcoming and her hands are wonderful! She put relaxing music on so you feel extra relaxed. My skin looks great and extra soft after the treatment.

This was my pretreatment appointment which was really informative and a good in-depth conversation about the treatment I was wanting to book and my suitability for it. I felt happy to go ahead and book my first appointment there and then but there was no pressure to do so if I had any uncertainties.
