I came for a lash infill and was advised not to brush them for a while to let everything set. My appointment was at 3, and I only just brushed them at around 7:15pm. I’ve not brushed them until now, but the lashes on the left eye are completely twisted and a lot of the new lashes that were applied today have already come out despite not brushing them. There are gaps and they don’t look like they’ve been applied straight as they’re almost lying horizontally. My right eye looks better but even the new lashes are falling out from there. I have none on the inner corners and there are gaps towards the ends. I’m really not happy with the outcome, and I’m not sure what I can do as they really look uneven and messy. Despite the lovely staff and welcome and how nice the beauty therapist was, I’m really not happy with the way my lashes look as I have paid good money for the service but it’s not been carried out properly.

J is always professional and welcoming. I came in aching and left feeling far looser and totally relaxed. She identified and worked carefully on areas I didn't even realise were tight and following the massage gave me advice about how to help lessen the tension in my more tender areas. I will definitely be re-booking.
