Perfect experience with Cleo- I wanted a natural look and she really delivered. Never had blading before but she put me at ease. Excellent and straightforward to deal with. Will be back for threading for sure.

First tried booking an appointment through treatwell - then noticed on google shop wasn’t open at the time I booked for. Called and managed to get through to someone who doesn’t work there anymore but kindly moved my appointment to a time when I’d be seen. Turn up and the doors are locked and no one in. Won’t be returning and definitely would not recommend - such a chaotic way to run a business!
