I went to Bliss Beauty Studio for the Microdermabrasion Facial, I hadn't had one before so I was excited to have one done, but I was disappointed with my treatment as it wasn't what I expected.
As I arrived the reception lady wasnt very welcoming, however I thought my therapist Gemma was fantastic, friendly lady and helped me find a skin set beneficial for me.
The Ambience in the treatment room was very poor, there was no dimmed lighting so the lady had to keep the light on throughout the main vacuum suction part, so the light was shining directly in my eyes!!
There was no relaxing music which is a shame as that would of been an improvement at least.
The Cleanliness seemed ok, however the room was very small and everything seemed to be crammed such as the bed and treatment equipment.
The Value of the product skin set I brought was great for what you get! 5 Dermalogica products at a decent size for around £25 I think it was, I've seen the same set it more up-class salons which are way overpriced!
I paid £27.00 for my hour facial via Wahanda (but, It wasnt quite an hour, about 45minutes) which seemed a good deal at the time as I noticed the original price was £55!! I would not have paid that much for this treatment. I dont think I think will even pay £27.00 again as its not worth it.
Overall, It was an ok visit..

beauty therapist was very understanding as I was late but did my treatment with no rush. I enjoyed my Microdermabrasion I would recommend it

This was a treat from my mum in law to be, and the first time I had tried a shellac manicure. I was really pleased with the results. I have decided to have them done again for my wedding. It's a small salon, very clean and the staff were friendly. They offer a wide range of treatments and my mum in law highly recommends them.

Booked a special offer was meant to be 45mins but only received 30 mins so was disappointed but service and massage was lovely
Lava Shells Massage
I had a fabulous facial which was customised exactly to my needs. The lady was lovely and I was very relaxed afterwards. Skin felt great next morning. Located in a very busy area but I did manage to park and I will definitely return
