Firstly, double booked. While I waited 2 other girls arrived to have hair and beauty treatments to be told they were not only double booked but also that the beautician 'hadn't turned up, we've not even heard from her so can you reschedule?' Then as only one sink in a salon with several stylists 2 stylists had a very aggressive argument over who's client the junior should rinse colour off first, all on the shop floor, they did then take it to the back, slammed the door and shouted it out and one stylist stormed out the shop for about 20mins....not great when you're quadruple booking clients! Boy who did my hair was nice, professional. Wasn't blown away with the job done but he did his best due to time constraints I suppose. Won't be back. Would defo NOT recommend 🙈
