Said I just wanted a trim with the minimum amount off possible... ended up with about 2 inches taken off... way more than I wanted. Also my side fringe was cut horrendously, so much so that when I went to another salon to get it fixed, the stylist though I’d had a full fringe that had just grew out during lockdown so I had to pull it to the side, not that it was meant to be cut that way. My hair is so blunt, short & square it looks like Lego man hair
