Staff were professional. Jill does my Hollywood waxing and makes it a quick process, chatting with me the whole time to make it seem painless! Waxing products used are great.

The staff were really friendly and made conversation which was nice. They had not been notified by Treatwell what the appointment was for, but they dealt with it really well.

Treatwell didn't even book the appointment!!!!! Once i waited an hour for the therapist to fit me in it was brilliant.

Beautician was lovely and did my nails very well. On arrival however, I was made to feel like an inconvenience because treatwell hadn't notifed them of my appointment, and the owner was quite rude and would "see if she could fit me in".
