Treatwell didn't even book the appointment!!!!! Once i waited an hour for the therapist to fit me in it was brilliant.

Beautician was lovely and did my nails very well. On arrival however, I was made to feel like an inconvenience because treatwell hadn't notifed them of my appointment, and the owner was quite rude and would "see if she could fit me in".

Staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. My hair was cut exactly how I wanted it. I am happy with my experience and would recommend.
