I waited 10 minutes at reception to find the venue were not expecting me and had another client in for a treatment when I arrived. They had no availability to see me that day however the treatwell app had appointment slot available all day. Would not recommended using treatwell to book an appointment for this venue. It was a complete waste of my time and journey and the venue wouldn’t accommodate me
