The overall nails turned out looking good, but there were few points that made me not come back. Manicure is non-existent there, as I still see my cuticles pretty clearly (it was done with the electric file). The overall BIAB is done very thick - can see the apex rising just after the cuticles. Also, I booked an appointment to remove and apply a fresh BIAB coat - most of the BIAB was removed but she left 20% of old one; BIAB was broken on one of the nails and she applied fresh coat on top.

Great nail colour selections, but I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and the nail tech seemed distracted during the pedicure. Otherwise good experience. Just don’t go when you have somewhere to be after!
