Nicely warm room. No window blinds, but was told the windows were reflective, so no privacy problems. The only slight issue was that the couch has thin padding and my knees were slightly painful when lying on my front.

The chair for the massage is super hard and it is hard to relax an hour on that…otherwise skin facial was nice. But not relaxing unfortunately.
