Can't fault Melody at all she was so friendly, calming, asked me what I would like to focus on also giving me further options later on in the service. I recommended her to a friend who made an appointment the following day.
I do not recommend anyone use the Treatwell app. I had a total and utter nightmare booking the service. I tried on multiple occasions using a discount code for £10 off which did not work and finally booked without the code. I would not use Treatwell again, they're awful!!

Melody's treatments are just fabulous, I won't go anywhere else now! My microdermabrasion facial course has left my skin looking more even toned, brighter and generally healthier. In fact I honestly think I look five years younger, at least, just from having great looking skin!
Melody's back massage was just the best ever, she has magic hands! She knows just the right amount of pressure to apply to make the treatment effective, but never painful.
If I could give Melody 11 out of 10, I would!

Had a great massage - was the right combination of relaxing and tension/muscle release. Melody was very thorough in her explanation and consultation before and after the treatment. So glad I got this in before lockdown 2!

On entering, I was made to feel very welcome. Melody went through some safety checks for both herself and me. she explained what she would be doing and checked in during the massage that I was ok and the massage was at a level comfortable for me.
At the end she went through some recommendations to ensure I would be ok with what my body could do in the coming days. recommended lots of fluids and continuation of massage sessions to further enhance what she started.
All in all a good session.

So pleased with the results from my microdermabrasion facial. Melody has great knowledge of skin types and what treatments compliment any skin issues you have. My skin has never looked better! Could not recommend enough! Fantastic!
