My therapist wasnt Nina. It was Emma I think.
They booked 3 ppl for 5pm and rescheduled me for 6pm. The only annoying thing - I was waiting for a massage in my robe and asked to wear my clothes and leave the room to come back for 6pm. Also when I came back around 5:50 - the main door was locked. I rang the number and was again asked to wait outside till 6pm as the door will open at 6pm. Why would you spend money to buy chairs for waiting area if you dont want your customers to wait??
