Therapists are amazing & would recommend the service - 5 stars for them. The salon owner is quite a patronising man & I almost felt that he expects gratitide after he offers £10 off the service following a double booking which meant no service on the chosen day but his "generosity" would only apply to a direct booking rather than giving a partial reimbursement... this put me off booking the service which was a present for my husband on 2 occasions. This was also a reason why I was booking it via the app so that my husband would NOT be paying after the massage. If the app bookings aren't welcome I really fail to understand why the app is used by the owner to advertise & enable people to make the bookings.
