So far I have not had this treatment. I turned up for my appointment and was told there was no booking. The staff did say they have a lot of trouble with wahanda bookings, I'm not sure which side the fault lies but it was really frustrating for me to turn up and there be no appointment. I needed to have the treatment done that day so I ended up going elsewhere. They could fit me in in the afternoon but that did not suit me. I rang to remake the booking for the future but asked if I could put the money towards a blow dry as I had had my eyebrows done elsewhere, I was told the manager would call me, that was yesterday and I'm still waiting for the call. So basically wahanda or blo bar is holding £17 and I'm the one that has to do all the work to try and book in another appointment or treatment despite all the inconvenience I have already experienced. I'm really not that impressed. I received a confirmation of the booking so I am not sure what went wrong.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
Lovely place and lovely therapist, never had a waxing done so quickly and efficiently. However a booking confusion over the price or my treatment left me on a bitter note about the service and ambiance of the place.

was happy with the foot scrub, and the lady was nice , the salon was clean ,bright and had a nice atmosphere
This is the second time I've been here - the treatment was lovely and my hair felt very silky after. The service is also excellent and the people who work there are really friendly and welcoming.
Ladies' Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatments
The salon is lovely and the tan looked good, it was very dark before I showered but showered off nicely - maybe a bit too much though. Overall great value though.
