Ended up only having the manicure rather than both mani and pedi because I was in a rush, no problems whatsoever and the manicure was great!

I had booked time and payed for treatment but staff refused to do it because they didn't check the system and they have chosen other clients. I didn't get any confirmation or money back, even apology. I'll never recommend it to anyone. Just want my money back - in this case - the money was stolen.
