The guy who did my blow dry was great, he did exactly as I asked and although I wasn't 100% happy with the result that was my own fault as he did what I asked! Nails were quite good but the lady who did them kept me waiting for ten minutes while she chatted to a colleague in another room which was a bit frustrating when I was already running late. Loved my colour though and she did a good job overall.

Really pleased with my haircut, only wish I could remember the chap's name who cut my hair as I will certainly be back, very friendly and helpful took time to listen to what I wanted. My only criticism would be on arrival there was confusion with my booking, I had to return 2 hours later which was not ideal but in fairness i don't think this was the fault of the venue and they were very helpful in rearranging my appointment even stayed open late to accommodate everyones appointment. Excellent service and cut thankyou!
Ladies' Haircuts
I went with my 9 year old daughter on the spur of the moment. Unfortunately due to a mix up the salon hadn't received our booking so we had to wait about an hour, which wasn't great, but other than that everything was really good. It was quiet and we got tablets to play games and surf on which was brilliant. The therapist was really good, especially with my daughter advising her on colours and making the whole experience fun for her. The basement manicure/ pedicure room is really nice. I have been before and would go back again.
Manicure
This was my second time having a two week manicure, it's great for me as I never have enough time to paint my own nails and it really lasts. Thank you!
