My manicure was so well done. A week on and it is still perfect! My manicurist was super sweet and loads of fun! I will be going back!
Gel Nails Manicure
This is the 3rd time I visit this salon. Each time something has gone wrong and my appointment was either double booked with another customer or as happened today, the therapist had not been told about my booking so I had to wait 45mns till she came in. Harriet is a wonderful therapist and I had a great manicure and pedicure BUT I won't be coming back because the appointment system is completely ineffectual, wasted my time on 3 occasions and put pressure on the therapists who seem to be firefighting the whole time. In an area like Chiswick where competition is fierce, you would expect the Blo Bar to try extra hard to keep its customers happy. As a final word, I would advise the owner to hire a cleaner because the customer toilets were worse than a train station's.
