On time, friendly.. Legs and the bikini area were perfectly done, not so much were the arms! They do have a lovely creche, so it is perfect for mummies!

I cannot rate the wax as the lady had unfortunately had a family emergency. This I understand but no one rang me to inform me of this so had travelled to Chiswick for no reason.
