The staff was quick and efficient with the waxing. Could do with waxing smaller area at a time but otherwise service was good.

I did have a lovely hairdresser who couldn't have been nicer but unfortunately just didn't give me what I asked for. I have short hair and wanted a very specific style. The hairdresser just gave me a shorter version of what I already had. I did explain that I had been somewhere else and they hadn't managed to do it either. So I was very clear. I'm guessing she just didn't know how to do it??
Now i will have to pay to get it done for a 3rd time somewhere else!
All staff were lovely though and salon was spacious and light.
