My appointment had been pushed back but I had not been contacted which meant I had to wait about for quite a while before my appointment (which happened last time I came here also). However, staff were friendly and overall happy with my manicure.

My nail technician was really really nice. She did an amazing job, my shellac is still 100% in tact and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Definitely coming back. Only thing I would say is not a huge selection of colours to choose from, but I still found one I liked!

I visited on Christmas Eve and was hoping to get a pre-festive season treat. Unfortunately my experience as soon as I began interacting with the hairdresser was that she really didn't want to be working on Christmas Eve which made for an incredibly uncomfortable vibe and experience and a rather UNDERWHELMING haircut. Her conversation was forced, and I didn't even feel like I could ask for an alternative hairdresser because I felt like I'd have been rude or insulting her by doing so. She wasn't very consultative from the BEGINNING, only towards the END, which was completely POINTLESS as in the end I left with not really any haircut / style change from before. Biggest waste of £50 ever.
