I visited on Christmas Eve and was hoping to get a pre-festive season treat. Unfortunately my experience as soon as I began interacting with the hairdresser was that she really didn't want to be working on Christmas Eve which made for an incredibly uncomfortable vibe and experience and a rather UNDERWHELMING haircut. Her conversation was forced, and I didn't even feel like I could ask for an alternative hairdresser because I felt like I'd have been rude or insulting her by doing so. She wasn't very consultative from the BEGINNING, only towards the END, which was completely POINTLESS as in the end I left with not really any haircut / style change from before. Biggest waste of £50 ever.

I had a pleasant experience at Blo Bar. The real bonus to me is that this salon is child friendly, they have a games room for the children. My daughter is a baby so is too small to use the games room yet, but at least she was welcome in the salon and happily stayed in her pushchair, getting plenty of attention from the staff, while I was having my haircut.
