The staff were all very nice. However I had to wait an hour for my appointment and the manicure was ok but not as I'd expect from an professional manicure.

I had a shellac mani by Stephana, really really good, I love the colour and how they look. She’s a professional and a perfectionist, best result I had in a long time! The salon it’s also beautiful, very clean and lovely. I would definitely going back!

I'm so happy Blo Bar has opened in Ealing, particularly as it means I can bring my daughter with me safe in the knowledge she's being taken care of in the playroom. Despite a few technical hiccups with my booking - being rescheduled and then cancelled without my knowledge, I really enjoyed my treatments and appreciate the fact the manager took my complaint seriously, and was able to rebook me in. Although I booked in for an eye brow threading I was only offered the option of a wax - it wasn't what I booked in for, but I was really pleased with the results.
