Received a voicemail, not an hour before my appointment, that they needed to push it back 30 minutes. All fine and good, but I wasn't able to call back (as I'd run out of minutes). Arrive at the time they suggested and was told that they had given away my appointment and I'd have to wait an hour before anyone could help me.
However inconvenient, they rescheduled without an issue and we very kind about their mistake. Went in for the Hollywood was the next day, and let me just say it was the most painful wax I've ever had. The woman had to go over the same spots several times, accounting for a lot of pain. Mediocre results, I had to pluck a lot of hairs out when I got home.
I cannot account for the rest of treatments this salon has to offer, as the ambiance was lovely and the other customers seemed to enjoy themselves. I will not ever return for a wax, especially for the 50 pound they charge for it. Maybe other treatments, perhaps.
