I was really disappointed with my visit, which lasted all of 2 minutes. I had booked on the morning of my Birthday, and called in the morning to confirm the appointment, which I was told was all fine. After finding the salon, I was told I would have to wait around 30 minutes as there was only 1 member of staff. I had dinner booked for that evening so couldn’t wait, he also told me that he knew I would have to wait, although didn’t attempt to let me know about this. The salon looked very nice and I understand that sometimes things overrun, however, it could of been managed better to avoid disappointment. It was a shame.
