Had to give the lowest score across the board as I was contacted before my appointment to be asked what colour toners etc I had had previously (tell me any non-hairdresser who knows that answer!!), and then turned up to be told he was unable to do a toner on me because I am brunette. I have had toners done my whole life so not sure what's going on here. Annoying as I wanted to have my hair done for the weekend. I was given my money back but a waste of my time.
