Arrived about 20 mins earlier than my appointment...No probs at all with Therapist seen within 5 mins. Wonderful friendly professional staff AS ALWAYS! Lisa made me feel really relaxed (lovely down to earth personality she has) with my back wax because I sure did realise it would sting a good bit! So made up now I've now got rid of that 'welcome' sign across the middle of my back..ha ha. Will be back of course in the near future. Many thanks.
