what can i say other than amazing!!
i was originally booked in for acrylics this morning however due to an illness in her family the lady who would have carried out the treatment would not be in. I instead & cheekily asked if i could redeem the payment against another treatment & pay the rest of the balance on the day which the salon was more than helpful to sort out!
i arrive this morning for my new appointment for lip fillers & yes there is no handle on the outside and rightly so! this is not just a beauty salon where you walk in and everyone is in reception the girls work hard in the clinical rooms so cannot have the door open all the time! The salon was clean, bright & i felt very comfortable and at ease in there like id been many times before. I was then taken through to a clinic room for my treatment where we talked through my needs before starting and took some images. Following the treatment we took more pictures and i was given some fantastic after care advice as well some advice on where else i could go and get my nails done locally if i still needed them done today.
i can honestly say ive never been to a salon like Bloom before, i love my new lips the girls where fantastic and the salon is absolute gorgeous!
Cant wait to come back & thank you again for sorting me out!!

Bloom was great and really lovely. Ear candles not great for removing severe blockages but she told me that on arrival. Waxing was done perfectly and the wax smelt really nice!
