I had my worst experience this weekend. The door lock was broken in the front door. I wanted to drink some water and cups were not available and wanted to use the toilet, no toilet rolls at the toilet. Very poor management. The head massage was not great at all. The room was smelly. I couldn't relax there. I won't recommend anyone to go there and I won't go back again. Not worth for the money.

I had a fantastic aromatherapy massage. Easily booked online the night before. Room was laid out with crystals and insense. The therapist taked me through procedure. Personalised a blend of oils based on what i wanted from the massage and also gave me a complementary sample of the mixture for later use. I was a spa standard massage at salon price. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Booked this place due to the deal on here for both hands and feet shellac polish for £17.50, when I got to the venue was told it would be an extra fiver to remove the polish as it wasn’t the ‘art’ of the beautician, after explaining I wasn’t aware of the extra fee and that there wasn’t a soak off option on treatwell or a disclaimer to say about additional fees, they said they wouldn’t charge the extra fee. The staff were lovely but didn’t feel
At ease or relaxed during the polish, wasn’t asked if I wanted a drink or anything. When it came to paying I was charged £25 instead of £17.50. Wouldn’t come here again
