Treatment good, lovely therapist, but terrible treatment room. It was a tiny room opposite the salon kettle, with the massage table right against the wall. People walking through the narrow corridor would bump against the wall you were squished up against and the music was blaring loudly to try and mask all the voices audible on the other side of the wall. Carina the therapist was very friendly and did the best she could in a pokey room which was noisy, but I'm not don't think I'd have a massage there again.
I was really looking forward to having my hair done and was a little disappointed with the look of the salon when I entered. It is very small, with only 3 chairs. I guess i was expecting something a little more glam.
My highlights were very good and blended very well into my last colour. My hair cut was over in about 5 minutes and the blow dry finish wasn't anything I would rave about either.
All in all, great highlights, not so great cut, but very affordable. Would go back to have my highlights done again.

I got myself a great deal - £18 for choice of One Hour Facial, Massage or Haircut & L'Oreal Treatment (Value £45, save 60%) - then I emailed them with some days/times when I was available for a haircut. They responded really quickly. The day before my appointment, I emailed them again to confirm that they had my appointment in the book; and again they replied very fast. I thought the location was nice and central and easy to get to on the bus. I arrived early and was expecting to have to wait but the salon was quite quiet and I was seen straight away. They offered me a drink, and took my coat to hang up.. They were polite, friendly and professional. I have had a lovely cut. Kristina took the time to feel my hair and to talk about what i wanted - while my hair was still dry. Then the nice junior washed my hair and gave me a scalp massage while the L'Oreal treatment did its stuff. Boy is my hair shiny now :) And its a lovely cut - just the lenth we talked about and really nice layers. I was there about an hour. Good job, well done. Thanks Kristina.
The deal was really good value and the staff very good. I particularly would recommend the facial. However it was very difficult to actually book the appointment - I called repeatedly and there was no availability before Christmas.
I would recommend the treatments here.
The location is not very convenient. and the salon is very small, all the treatments are done in the same room, but the therapist was fantastic. i was pleased that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The therapist greeted me very friendly and offered me a drink which was really nice
