A lot of people are complaining that this place is very small, but what do you expect? a SPA? It is a lovely hair saloon with beauty treatments as 'plus' service. I found a clean place and very friendly professional staff, these are the most important things I expect. I felt immediately welcome and the beauty therapist who did my wax was so professional....after so many years of waxing my legs I can recognise someone who has done this job for 10 years! And the offer is great, I would say unique! Thank you a lot Blooms Hair Beauty!
The facial itself was great - very relaxing (so much so I fell asleep!) BUT she did not use Dermalogica products as I expected!!! The deal clearly says Dermalogica facial and I clearly noticed the products used weren't. The whole salon isn't very big and yes the room is small.... this is probably not the ideal voucher to get as a gift! It's not the worst place I have been to however. The only other minor thing I want to point out is towards the end of the facial, she gives you a little head massage which is lovely but the oils grease up your hair so make sure you are not planning to head straight out, or if you do, bring all your makeup and hairproducts! The therapist was lovely though.
This salon was great value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Therapist was good but a few little patches missed. The salon itself was small and a little cheap looking but clean.
The therapist was lovely - definitely knew what she was doing and was very friendly! Bit of a trek from the tube station. Overall, excellent value, I will definitely head back if this offer is still available!
Very small salon, treatment room noisy, therapist was good though. Not a lot of description of what she was going to do to my face, no discussion of my skin type, and did not use Dermalogica products-she said they used a comparable brand. It was fine, but I prefer to know what they're doing to my face before it happens!
