Hairdresser didn’t speak good English, didn’t understand my instructions and screwed up my hair. Would not be going back.
Matt was really lovely. I could tell he was taking good care of stripping my colour for the balayage. he wanted to get it just right. he was the right level of chatty because in all honesty sometimes it is nice to be able to sit in silence without 3 kids around me shouting. So, for me I liked that he talked but didn't over talk. my colour turned out really nice, it was so subtle but effective. I wanted a change for my wedding without it being overly dramatic or my roots growing through quickly so this process seemed perfect.
Very friendly hairdresser, night atmosphere in the salon. Love the haircut and left feelting great !
