I arrived on time for my appointment and was told to wait while the hairdresser continued chatting to her friend. 10mins later I had to ask her if we could actually start. I was then told that my hair wouldn’t look nice unless I also paid for a toner on top of the price of the highlights (and cut and blow dry). Bit pricey Hair looked good.
