Got to the salon for my 11am appoitment and could see she's run off her feet, stressed. Customers were visibly upset, one lady left without paying. Emma attended to me at 11:45. The hairwash was careless and my jumper became soaked and they proceeded to dry me with the hairdryer. I noticed once home it was stained with bleach from my hair. I notified them, and ended up having a 5 hour back and forth chat about the sitaution. I decided to leave it in the end - it was clear I was getting nowhere.

Emma is such a talented hair stylist. She has a depth of knowledge and always colours and styles my hair with perfection. I trust her implicitly as she cuts my hair with balanced layers which look great. I had highlights and Emma advised on the best tones to suit my hair. The salon is fresh and stylish with a welcoming team.
