I had to have my hard gel extensions removed after one infill because they all snapped only days after having them done. They were not strong enough and were taking my natural nails with them. Alicia was amazing putting on my initial set and removing some of the gel but the other girl who removed my nails has destroyed my nail beds. I was left bleeding on several nails and now two days later have sore scabs around my fingers, two of which look yellow and inflamed. She didn’t seem too bothered.
